The Cutting…same book, new cover…comes out in the UK the first week of January 2011.

Penguin UK is introducing McCabe to British readers with lots of great display in some of the top stores and supermarket chains. Pat Conroy. Tami Hoag, Alan Furst, C.J. Box and Me! Pretty good company if I do say so myself!

James, I tried to contact you about six months ago after reading your first novel and it was about the time I had just finished writing my first one. I hadn’t yet found a publisher and was going to ask you for some advice. Anyway, I have since found a publisher and the Novel will be released late this summer. I love your writing and can see you are having some real deserved success. Another reason I wanted to contact you is because I live in Windham, Maine. I also attended one of your talks at the Portland Public Library. Being a couple of Senior Citizens, It might be fun to sit down and talk over a cup of coffee.
